HbA1c Result

Got my HbA1c result back from surgery this morning.
In the new IFCC flavour
36mmol/mol
which by the converter comes in at 5.44%
Looks like controlling the carbs does help!

Well done! All the bearded diabetics that I am aware of have excellent HbA1cs. I know that correlation doesn't imply causation, but there must be something in it?
