Great news this morning. Diagnosed T2 in November with an HbA1c level of 98, three months on I am at 42!! Totally DELIGHTED! Couldn’t have done any of it without this forum. You were my guides and inspiration when I was trying to get to grips with this. LCHF diet has been amazing. Lost 21lbs, 5 inches off my waist and have never been hungry. THANK YOU!!
