I've been reading as many threads as I can on this fantastic Forum and try to follow the good advice of many.
I have been testing myself only in the mornings though and I've been getting results of between 5 and 6.7. Mainly high 5's to mid 6's.
I didn't test on the morning of the blood test.
Ive lost 2 stone in weight and am down to nearly 10 1/2.
Ive been careful with what I am eating.
I am a little disappointed, feels I am back to square one.
Oh well, must try harder.

Ross i had same as you, a reading of 46, which if you check the chart on HbA1c, it's way below minimum, so i'm in the dark to asto how things are going.
