From your profile it would seem as though you are a Type 2. Is that correct?

The advice that usType 2s get over here in the UK is generally considered to be very poor indeed - i.e. "do not test" and "eat plenty of starchy carbohydrate".

How do they advise you to deal with your situation over there in Texas?
