Hi
@NathLynn27 Have you an eye check or your feet check? If not, please chase up your diabetic nurse. You can also ask to go on an education course such as DESMOND which may help you understand how many carbs are in certain foods. If you got a meter and tested you BG levels after foods like weetabix and branflakes aren't actually doing you any good! I have greek yoghurt with berries and seeds for breakfast, low carb soup for lunch and my treats are cheese and nuts. Easy on the go lunches can be lower than you are having. Try a salad with cheese, fish, egg or sliced chicken.
Having said all that, it is obviously up to you how seriously you take this diagnosis and want to change things.
