can anyone please tell me what help im entitled too becoz im being told that diabetes is not recognised as an ilness to claim for even tho mine has caused me to have aneamia and heart trouble, i have a long list of ailments and illnesses but am being told that i cant get any help, could someone please help me and i ty for your time
