@hornplayer Thank you VERY much for sharing your Mum's Christmas cake recipe. I made a double recipe with two changes (soaked fruit in brandy and added a level tablespoon of baking powder) and it is unbelievably excellent. It is SO good that nobody has yet realised it is low carb.
