Need a bit of advice folks
Have decided to do diet doctors keto challenge - looks great and very doable- but I because of home circumstances I like to have a little supper
I get up about 5.30 am get to bed about 1.30 am (yes that's all the sleep I get! - I have a son special needs that I have to be there for)
I eat my tea at 5pm - don't think I can do my "night shift" on no more food - this could lead me to failure especially as I'm an emotional eater and caring for my son is stressful and can be a bit of a emotional roller coaster!
Looking for opinions on "saving" a bit of my lunch for supper time (about 9pm) or can I drink as much bullion as I like
Any other ideas would be appreciated
Thanks
