Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Just got back from a hard day at work freezing my nuts off and every window and door was wide open and everything inside has gone....grrrrrrrrrr



















who the hell would do that to someone elses advent calander ?
