    I am sure many of you will have seen this video

    However if you are new to diabetes.co.uk and have not yet seen this you may like to watch it. I found it to be a very informative video.

    Type 2’s like myself will find it very insightful and helpful.

    There are some good questions and answers . I found the information about children very important!



    Here is another great video, a ‘TED’ talk about reversing Type 2 diabetes

    It is a bit ‘Americanised,’…. However there are some great facts here.
