The truth after checks after checks:

I can have sugar levels drop easily but still on check many times as we all now know is, its low blood pressure is the culprit. it maybe due to low sugar. oh man, when its low its low. We doubt that low blood pressure is due to low iron. I rarely bleed lol. My phosphate returns high after it has return normal, the doctors are shock that calcium returns normal to when it isn't suppose to as you know the reason has always been autoimmune. My autoimmune -- arthritis & hypoparathyroidism can't be reversed. So I was warned that, if calcium returns normal its going to be hard to medicate me when we know there maybe problems with kidney already. But how can UTI be false? Yup, I'm terrified. I'm not taking any medications until I'm brave enough to go for check again. Hahaha I'm that scared dudes!!! Can I just be weak forever ROTFLMAO.

But thats how my doctors say about coma anyways. If kidney problem is confirmed and if low sugar gets refractive, I can fall into DK coma. The worse is heart attack like what I have said before. Eh, but don't worry I'm blessed the doctors have been working hard to protect my kidney and the eye. SALUTE!

You have tagged your title, reactive hypoglycaemia.
Have you been diagnosed as such?
Without trawling through all your posts.
Along with everything else going on, if you need any advice go to our forum, there is plenty of information about RH there.

aye, to me hypoglycaemia isn't a diagnosis though. its part of the symptoms, not diabetic yet. theres things that could cause low sugar.

I know it can be a symptom and a condition itself. It can also be a cause of other symptoms. It can exacerbate other symptoms. You don't have to diabetic to have RH! I certainly don't!
Nor do others!
There are so many different 'things' that cause Hypoglycaemia, but, there is a way to control it and get rid of some of those symptoms.
I can help you, if you wish.
As I've said, have a read of our forum.
You will find some posters who aren't diabetic!
RH is a blood glucose/insulin disorder.

Best wishes.
