Hi im Lorraine im 63 and been told I prediabetes awaiting a course they want me to do.
So worried as yesterday was put on steroids for lupus and so worried about piling on weight anyadvice recipes etc extremely welcome

With pre-diabetes it is possible to avoid progression to T2 diabetes.
A lot of members use a Low Carb method to gain and maintain control.
