Hi Everyone

Im Terry and was diagnosed with type 2 3 weeks ago, Currently on diet only for 6 weeks, I have lost nearly 2 stone in my first 3 weeks and my count came down from 13 to 7.9

Not realy sure what to expect, but sure joining this forum will be very beneficial
