Of course. We each need to find what works best for us, by testing blood glucose before and then 2 hours after eating, (or even at hourly intervals) as individuals can have varying responses to carb content in foods.

If you’ve reduced your usual portion of grapes to half of what you were having that’s a good move in the right direction @julieclarke

My levels were 10.4 sugar

Don’t disagree with you there, it tastes very nice, but maybe not so nice on your blood sugars
