Ive just stopped them, seemed like a good drug to me, no complications at all
I was only stopped from taking them because apparently they react with insulin, no idea how tru that is though, just doing what im told![]()
Hi. Metformin and the Gliptin family have completely different functions. Did the nurse offer Metformin SR, the Slow Release version which is much kinder? Metformin helps a bit in various way to reduce glucose in the blood. The Gliptins reduce blood sugar spikes but only that so can be of some help. I was on them for a while as well as Metformin SR and another tablet.Thank you for your reply , I tried metamorfin but made me feel terrible , the nurse suggested these , hopefully they'll be okay
