High albumin in urine, would like thoughts on my labs

If it's any consolation I got put on enalapril when I was thrty and stayed on it fr twenty years, eventually on a max dose of 2 * 20mg per day I think. So you've definitely got scope for an increase.
At 10 mg currently (well 20 mg starting some 10 minutes from now) I'm well aware I'm not on a high dose, and I'm happy with the increase.

No matter what conditions you have, they're much easier to handle with a doctor like mine!
Luckily forum rules mean you can't name your doctor, as otherwise you might single handedly generate a mass immigration of diabetics to the Netherlands... (Or maybe unluckily ...hmm... I don't know).

I take a small dose of BP medication, which is proving a challenge, as they seem to wreak havoc with my blood chemistry. (I'll be having bloods done here in a couple of weeks to self-check.)

When I was picking up the meds, the pharmacist conformed they were new to me, and challenged the GP instructions, "Take one on the morning".

On his advice I have started taking them in the evenings, to get used to them, then I'll decide whether I change or stay with that.

Excellent news @Antje77

Advice was to take an hour before bed ...can make you a little dizzy.
I was told.

I have no idea if I was ever advised on the time to take them, can't remember.
I guess I'll do some reading up on it, although with both your messages it seems safe to assume evening is fine.
Which suits me well, I keep a strip of tablets in the box with my basal pens so I remember to take them when I take my basals right before sleeping.
Somehow I never forget to take my insulin, remembering to take tablets is much harder!

That would be fun!
Let's change demographics and leave the experts to wonder why so many diabetics live in the same area!
Housing is relatively cheap around here too so please come over.

If you're still looking for seaweed I would recommend dulse from Northern Ireland, if you can't find anything locally. These people have a good reputation... https://irishseaweed.co.uk/
