Blood pressure 125/75
Serum cholesterol 4 mmoI/L
Serum non cholesterol 2:2 mmoI/L
Serum HDL cholesterol 1.8 mmoI/L

happy with result of HB1AC as on no diabetic medication, just a bit concerned with blood pressure reading a little high

Just wondering if reducing salt intake might help currently having a whole pack of bacon in the morning, wondered if there’s any alternatives or reduced salt varieties

Congrats on your A1c, your BP looks ok to me.
Was it a single reading in the doctors surgery or is it an average from the 24 hour machine that they rent out.
Either way 125 diastolic is only just over the recommended 120 threshold.

Hi. That BP looks fine to me but note it is age related; Google relevant graphs. Always test at home when you can, do at least 2 tests and have a good few minutes rest before testing.

Yes, the "white coat" effect is notorious for pushing up levels if they are taken at the surgery.
