Is it normal for high blood sugars to affect your sleep?
My bloods have been reaching more than 10 in the night, I have started waking up, feeling awful. It's taking me hours to get back to sleep - usually when sugars have dropped again.
Anyone else get this or have any advice?
Thanks,
Sarah

I must admit I sleep regardless of bg levels, obviously if they are too high they'll be the tendency to wake during the night to visit the loo.
