What's for breakfast.?
It took me a long time to find the right BF and if I didn't I was off all day long. I don't tolerate carbs at BF and very little protein if any. It's usually half an avocado smashed with sea salt and celery sticks. As the day goes on I become more insulin sensative but the mornings are volitile with all the hormones waking up. Just a fatty vegetarian BF keeps me much steadier through the day. I eat protein with lunch and dinner
