It is also a symptom of thyroid problems.
If you are worried, have a word with your GP.

I get various symptoms, mainly tired, dizzy. As Nosher said it can be thyroid (I suffer from this too)

I do have an under active thyroid so maybe that is wat causes it thank you

It is very common to have either hyper or hypo thyroid problems. My daughter has been diagnosed with both! Go figure!

My thyroid took years to decide whether it was under or over active - a couple of years ago, after a couple of blood tests, it finally decided to be underactive.
