Yesterday (19/11). Lowest 5.2 before evening meal. Highest 9.9 (!!!) after eating. My fault for getting carried away and eating nine dark chocolate liqueur chocolates after meal. Just as well these only seem to be available before Christmas.
Why is this question so important?
For example, does stating one's highest and lowest blood pressure, or blood sugar or pulse rate on one day really change anything or provide others with any insight?
I think it might be more relevant than posting fbgs. A big variation during a day would indicate poorer control.
And it helps with maintaining focus and self discipline.
