Highest/lowest Reading

Yesterday (25/11). Lowest 5.4 before evening meal. Highest 6.4 two hours later.

Yesterday (26/11). Lowest 6.4 before evening meal. Highest 7.4 two hours after evening meal.

Why is this question so important?
For example, does stating one's highest and lowest blood pressure, or blood sugar or pulse rate on one day really change anything or provide others with any insight?
It is probably like the "social corner" here.. more like just a casual convo...

I think it might be more relevant than posting fbgs. A big variation during a day would indicate poorer control.
And it helps with maintaining focus and self discipline.
Exactly my second thoughts...

Yesterday (27/11). Highest 6.4 fbg. Lowest 5.3 before evening meal.

Yesterday (28/11) Lowest 5.9 before evening meal. Highest 9.6 (!) two hours later.
I don't understand why my post meal reading was so high. I had the same meal the night before and only went from 5.3 to 5.6.

Yesterday (29/11). Highest fbg 6.8. Lowest 5.4 before evening meal.

Yesterday (30/11). Highest fbg 7.0. Lowest 5.9 after evening meal.

Yesterday (1/12). Lowest 5.7 (fbg). Highest 8.5 after evening meal.

Yesterday (5/12) Lowest 6.3 (fbg). Highest 7.0 after evening meal.

Yesterday (6/12) Lowest 5.8 before evening meal. Highest 7.1 two hours after evening meal.

Yesterday (7/12) Lowest 5.5 before evening meal. Highest 6.7 two hours later.

Yesterday (8/12) Highest 6.9 (fbg), Lowest 6.1 after evening meal.

So far today lowest was fbg 5.2
Highest was after lunch 10.3
Now after dinner it is 9.3

Edit to add 4.5 at bedtime

It provides me with insight. e.g. if it’s only yourself that has figures all over the place you can then make comparisons with others to try and work out if you could do something different to stop the peaks (if it’s the peaks and high levels that like me your worried about). It’s useful only to those that find it useful :-)

In the last 24 hours not once below 6 and a couple of post food spikes just over 9.
This compares to a week ago in hot climes and drinking every evening when it would stay down in the 5s through the night but the spikes seemed to go higher

@Geoffno6 You can put some info in 'your profile page' as 'signature' . It shows under each post you make. I have my HbA1c results, weight and BMI at date of HbA1c. Others also give details of their meds.
If you can't see it that possibly might be if you are using a mobile phone to access forum rather than a pc.
