Highest/lowest Reading

Ok I can understand and appreciate the concern of the forum.
Can I ask a different way?
As a general consensus, What normaly happens when blood sugar goes below 4 and what normaly happens if it goes above 10?
From what I've read on here some members have higher blood sugar readings that 10 on a regular basis.
Perhaps that is not as much as a concern as going below 4
Being only 3 weeks after diagnosed I'm looking for loads of answers off members.

I've been put on medication after a heart attack that also made me diabetic type 2. Is a reading in the 4's now and again something to worry about?
5 to 7 the Consultant suggests
What I'm asking from members is what would happen if it goes above or below the suggested reading?
I was given some sweets at hospital and was told to use them if I went below 4.

@ardvark, We can't answer your concerns as you have the complication of a recent heart attack, so general advice about low or high readings might not be applicable to you, and could be dangerous.
The hospital's advice was to have a sweet if you go below 4.
 
Yesterday (7/3) highest 6.5 (fbg). Lowest 5.2 before evening meal.
 
Yesterday (10/3) lowest 4.6 before evening meal. Highest 6.6 two hours after eating.
