I was told to change my canula every three days and tubing every 6 days. I'm now on my third canula and just remembered I should have done it yesterday. How do you flag it to change? I could do them both at the same time but it seems a waste of insulin to have to change the tube every time.
BTW, Im amazed at the number of new pumpers posting. I think PCTs have been given a kick up the butt to get them moving. Seeing the nurse trainer on Wednesday. She's too busy to return my phone calls so I started sending my results by email. Bit worried by high overnight bg so need to do something soon about basal. Haven't got to grips with temp basal yet either so still hypoing on most days.
