You just eat meat or other stuff along with it?
T1 or T2 ...can make a fair bit of difference.
I'm guessing you are using the forum search function.. which is great but can often bring up old threads..
Thanks for bringing the discussion up again i am T2 and sorry to mention that I take low carbs from veggies and moderate protein diet including fat that comes with protein (like cheese or steak etc). So it was the same meat with a 10 carbs veggies.

What kind of levels do you see? It's more likely to be the carbs.. so maybe try a meal with zero carb and the next day a meal with carbs and check out the difference in readings?
I've found the same, Andy, but I thought it was just me: One day's lapse (a beer or two or a couple of slices of toast) can raise every reading of BG I take for the next 36 hrs.
