Generally most insulins will be fine for 30 days if not refridgerated (with the possible exception of fiasp) as long as its not too hot, the leaflet inside the box will have all the info if you need to check :)

What about putting the Lantus back in the fridge, just in case?
It doesn't hurt having it in the fridge, does it?

Hope you'll feel a bit better shortly!
And don't hesitate to keep posting, especially if you're having a hard time with your mood!

Have you managed to get any help from your doctor or diabetic team about handling your mental health issues? It's not at all uncommon to have depression after a T1 diagnosis and I can understand you wanting to not be diabetic for a day (or a week, a year :)) but unfortunately high blood sugars and ketones will make you feel worse.... (Speaking from personal experience here and some outrageous food choices as a teenager on fixed doses of insulin in the days before glucometers were available.)

Do you have someone at home who can give you some moral support?

Hope you feel better soon.
