Hi everyone.
Do any of you have any personal guidelines (or perhaps guidelines set out by a medical professional) about how many carbs to have per day or per meal?
I've been having roughly 50 to 60g of carbs per day. I know that different people have different spikings of blood sugar but what works for you?
