I don't count them.
Ryvita for breakfast, fruit or low fat yoghurt, beans, a lot of veg, sweet potato sometimes, milk, low fat, count the calories, and eat to my meter.
Can I pls ask if you are a type 1 or 2 diabetic Douglas99 ??

What is a typical days food for you MID ? I'd like to reduce mine a bit and am intrigued how you manage on that amount ?20 to 30 a day never felt fitter and love the fact l am not peckish
