How many meds are you on?

Metformin 500mg once per day.
B12 spray when I remember.
VitD/K2 spray when I remember.

No meds for diabetes, lisiniprol and amlodopine for blood pressure, statin, prednisolone, then vit d3 and calcium tablets for my bones and vit k2 to direct them onto my bones and magnesium.

Metformin 500 (2 morning and 2 evening)
lisinopril
atorvastatin
gabapentin
Omeprazole
ferrous sulphate
amitriptyline
folic acid
Clenil modulite
salbutamol

Probably forgotten something but I think that's it.
Hi, hi LizAnne. I don't wish to alarm you but you may want to look at the latest concerns re Gabapentin.

Cabergoline (for a prolactinoma)

And quite a few supplements, since without them I am deficient in vits D, B12, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium
I also take Vit K2, krill oil, sea buckthorn oil, natural source Vit C, B complex and R-ALA

Diabetes meds None. Early days but trying to keep it that way.

Other meds: Sometimes a magnesium or multivitamin supplement just in case.

No longer on metformin or statins; long term - beta blocker (mainly for migraine prevention though I've not had a "proper!" one for 5 years since starting LCHF), and blood pressure meds; non prescription glucosamine/chondroitin for knee issues (also long term).

Robbity

24 units of lantus
And supposed to take byetta twice a day but I don’t as I don’t eat meals.

Update: Gave up Metformin 8 months ago. So no prescription meds now at all.

I take Levothyroxine and Liothyronine daily, because my thyroid gland became a real absolute layabout, and Vit D3 with K2.

hi everyone, i am on 2x1000mg xr plus crestor a day just started from the 9th April, my reading on the blood test was 8.9% h1aglc (?) and yesterday i tested it was 10.3%, so am going on a low carb diet, just found out soya milk does not help ketosis, and will test again tomorrow morning. I walk an average of 9km a day, only for the last week actually....any advise on what to stop eating to lower my blood sugar?

Rice, pasta, potatoes, cakes and pastries, sugary stuff, lollies, soft drink.

You can eat dairy products, plenty of meat with fat on, chicken, fish, shellfish, green veggies, salads etc...
