you could do what I do, adn go for the 100% cocoa chocolate. Even the 80% stuff seems sickly nowadaysThere is a growing growing train of thought tht cocoa itself is benficial in evening out blood sugar. Why and how is not clear. It seems a small amount of cocoa seems to be a good thing, The problem is the sugar and fats. So, a small amount of 80 - 90% dark choccy is probably not thhe worst thing in the world. The question is 'what is a small amount?', and the only way you;ll know is by monitoring yourself. I often have a couple of bits before bed., but it does tend to push my morning blood sugar up by about 0.5 m/mol. Good luck woth the rave anyway

In germany I get one from Aldi that is 80% with little bits of orange in it and it is delish. Well nothing beats cadburys but at least it is something.
My idea of being bad dietwise in Hamburg is to go to the Hummerstand in the Hanseviertel and have their Iranian Kaviar at 199 euro for 100g
Hamburg is one the the easiest places for a type 2 diabetic to eat out. What were you thinking of doing when you say 'bad day'?
