Hi
@Kasia_
Welcome to our forum.
You are already versed on what is happening to you.
Your OGTT results should be interpreted as being normal because you do not have diabetic numbers. However, the next step should be a longer extended OGTT, which is up to a couple hours longer than the standard two hour test.
This will show positively that you are definitely having a hypoglycaemic episode or not!
Unless you get the extended test, you won't know. And they should be followed up with at least another couple of tests for diagnosis.
I have been in ketosis for nearly seven years and I wouldn't change because it works!
RH is all about what you eat! And if you avoid the foods that causes the symptoms and the hypos, your health will improve.
There will be a period of adjustment, your body will not like you not eating carbs, it will try all sorts of symptoms to get more carbs in you! You have to be strong willed, it will last for a few days, but once past that, you will feel a lot better.
Keep asking, keep safe.
