i noticed my sugar dropped to 3.8 yesterday and i felt i was going low feeling little symptoms i use the one touch ultra easy machine. when do you start feeling hypos at what sugar levels?.

Hi @static192 I've noticed feeling hypo at 4.2 before, but I think it depends on quickly your system is depleting glucose, the quicker the crash the worse the symptoms, sometimes i've been dropping very slowly but not felt it until I hit around 3.6.

Concur with @Juicyj, if my bg levels are falling fast (say postprandial) I can get hypo symptoms in the high 4's, but generally feel them coming on around the 3.5-4.0mmol/l.

I usually start to get symptoms between 3.5-4.2
if it is dropping quickly following a meal I tend to get better warnings

Around 3.8/4.2 would wake me if nocturnal.. And alert me in the day.

I have very naughty hypos , my blood sugar can move from 6(s) to 2(s) in 10 minutes, I have been 1.4 not long ago.....

If you've had a few hypos recently your body stops giving you warning signals.

Typically I feel them in the 3.5-4.0 range, however if I've been doing exercise they don't always show up at that level, especially after anything that hugely stimulates adrenalin.

Similar for me too - early 4s I can often feel hypos but today after a 45 min cardio class I didn't realise I'd dropped to 3.2!
