Hi, and welcome to the forum.
We have our own forum, where there is a lot of information.
Non diabetics can get diabetes but only because of high blood glucose levels.
But if you keep your blood glucose levels near normal levels then that cannot happen.
Being in normal levels range will help with the RH symptoms.
@Administrator can this be moved to RH forum, please?
Thank you lamont for your reply ..
How can i keep my blood glucose in normal .. when I check it in random test i found it 77 .. but it gtt it go dowan to 37 some times i feel it some i don't
Also am a heavy smoker .m
I appreciate your reply .. I couldn't stop thinking abut diabetes .. and the risks .. now i completed 24hrs without sleeping
I know it is not easy but you need to get a handle on your stress and anxiety as a priority for your health.now i completed 24hrs without sleeping
I am trying to get your posts in the right forum where the knowledge you need to help you. Once we do that, you can read at your leisure, how RH can be really treated properly.
Just to give you a starter, can you give us a normal daily diet that you eat?
If you didn't know, we have an intolerance to food that has carbs and sugars.

I'm not a mediacal person but none of your results suggest high blood sugar which is what happens during diabetes.
Im sorry for this mistake .. I tried to move it ..
Now i don't have a restricted diet .. but every 2 hours I take low fat yogurt or brown breed some time almonds with low fat milk
Is red or green tea accepted to my condition.
I'm trying to get a moderator to move the thread.
Tea is usually very good for you, it all depends wether you add milk or sugar.
Low fat foods are not that good for us, full fat is better because it has less carbs and satiates you more. Bread is something that you may need not to have, unless you can find a very low carb version such as Bergen bread or lidl protein rolls.
Are you vegan or vegetarian?
Because a high protein and higher saturated fat is essential to the way you eat.
Keep asking, until you have the knowledge, how can you learn?
Do you have a blood glucose monitor?
Have you an endocrinologist?
What is your doctors approach to your RH?

I don't now what you meant by vegan or vegetarian?
I used to have a monitor but I threw it because of the stress :-/
Last week my doctor took blood test for pro insulin but it will take time due to it preform out my country.
In 2015 my doctor side it's nothing only organize my meals !
Im sorry for asking but when you diagnose with HR and are you now diabetic!?
Do you eat meat? If you don't, then you are vegetarian!
The test for pro insulin is because of the high insulin in your blood or hyperinsulinaemia, this is basically, your pancreas creating too much insulin when you eat high or medium carbs in your diet.
Your doctor is correct, but not specific enough.
Because of your questions, you are struggling, it is as I've said down to how much carbs and sugars you are eating.
Finding what works for you, will depend on which foods do this, and the only way to measure is by using a blood glucose monitor and testing and experimentation. Having a food diary will also help.
Eating regularly will help (every three hours) but I found that not helping in the long run.
Personally, fasting helps and eating very low carb is better for me.
What is RH ?
Yes I eat meat with rices
I'll cut sugar from my drinks in tea and coffee
Next I don't know what to do .. how to begin low carb diet
