Hi Kimbo its going great, feeling a lot better, more energy and enjoying fatty foods!!! My fasting BG is between 5.1 & 6.7 (was as high as 17.6) before dinner between 5.2 & 7.1 2 hours after dinner between 5.2 & 7.5 So very pleased Im at doctors next week for blood test and weigh in so will be interesting to see what my results are.

Same here Terry- had a 5.3 wake up yesterday, had a 5.7 after lunch today too, really feeling that we can do this now!, loving lchf too, not missing carbs really and seem to be tasting so much more?!!
