Hi Sarah, that's half the battle if you aren't feeling so bad about thingsHi @Sable_Jan. Hope you are well. Things still the same here with me but not feeling so bad about it. x
Just need to fire up the laptop and ill send it to youSounds delicious. I would appreciate the recipe thanks.
I am glad you got some jobs done I haven't done a thing for ages. I had my last therapy session today, it turns out I will be depressed for as long as my situation stays this way. I am accepting that slowly. x
No problem, it's nice to shareThank you so much for the recipes I will try to start gathering some ingredients a bit at a time.
I appreciate you taking the time for that. Take care
Sarah x
Accepting it quicker will help. I had my last therapy session today, it turns out I will be depressed for as long as my situation stays this way. I am accepting that slowly. x
Food is only made up of 3 components: Fat, Carbs and protein. If you cut out or reduce one, you automatically increase the ratio of the other 2. Eating fibre with carbs can slow down the impact on blood sugar. Fat should be something you should eat more of, not less.Hi there,
I haven't been around for a long time so apologies to those who think, who is she? But I would love some advise.
I really love carbs but would like to cut them out as they all turn to sugar and the word sugar (to me) is poison.
I want to give up protein because I heard it causes the liver or kidneys (I can't remember which) to overwork and eventually malfunction.
I also want to give up fat because according to an article I read the other day the fat you eat goes straight into the blood and causes the insulin intolerance, hence the cells not being able to use insulin properly.
I don't like vegetables.
So what is left?

I'm still struggling. I don't eat much at all. I am suffering severe stress and the thought of eating makes me feel unwell. My dietician has discharged me because she can't help. Even the foods I used to love makes my stomach feel like a washing machine. Thanks for asking x

Maybe stop reading all the pseudo science concerning diet. Ten years ago this food was good and now it's bad etc. Only good advice for diabetics is to keep carbohydrates low and portion sizes reasonable. I used to eat for 3 but have seen the error of my ways.Hi there,
