Their lower sugar ones don't have maltitol which is good, but they are still around 25% sugar. I sometimes make keto hot chocolate with just cream and 100% dark, or powdered cacao, but it could be nice to have something like this in solid form.
I use Lindt 95% in moderation, no big rise in BG!
. I got carried away and started eating every day. Just about ¾ of the pack every day. Oops that’s too much and the saturated fat in dark chocolate brought my Total cholesterol very high. My total cholesterol was 295 mg/dL.
