That's nothing in the scheme of things but it still shook me. I want to stay in the 4s and 5s. It's 'friendly territory'. Getting into the 7s is like being in the wild west and those pioneers ended up with arrows in their backs.

I still enjoy the foods I eat, I have never cut anything out, if I did then there wouldn't be much I could eat!!
