How can I get my immune system better as most times I end up with a worse cough cold than my children any help suggestions appreciated thanks
 
Hi @mack76. When I’m feeling run down I tend to revisit my sleep patterns. Am I getting enough sleep. How’s my diet. Is it balanced and nutritious. Am I stressing over stuff. Am I getting enough down time. Those are my first go to’s when I feel run down and picking up colds.

Are your blood sugar levels generally good @mack76 ? I used to find that elevated levels made me more susceptible to colds etc and with worse symptoms.

Better than they was on diagnosis but not there yet I've had alot of colds and coughs lately will have to work at getting them lower and yes I definitely have worse symptoms than my other family members and illnesses last longer at the moment

For me it's vitamin 1000 a day and d3, the sort that comes in oil with k
