Indian Takeaway, Okay for Low Carb/Hi Fat?

As this thread has been revived can I plug M&S Chicken Madras. Low carb, I have the "serves 2" on my own, served with roasted cauliflower, without any BG problem. It is quite hot but then it is a curry.

I have been ordering Indian takeaways without too much adverse effect on my sugars. Typically a selection of chicken tikka, vegetable curry, prawn madras, vegetable byriani and papadums.

I find that the food is quite filling so portion sizes do not have to be large. I limit myself to just a tablespoon of rice (biryani bought for my non diabetic wife) and can usually manage a third to half a papadum as well.
