How many of you inject into your muscles ?

You are not supposed to inject into the muscle; only the body fat

When I was diagnosed 19 years ago I use to inject into bf as recommend . But for the past 5 years I've been injecting into my muscles ( doctor is aware of this ) and I've had good results it absorbs quicker my last HBA1c was 6.7

I inject Novorapid into muscles and lantus into fat (except when it misses, doesn't precipitate and acts like Novorapid).
