Insight pump - manual BG reading

Can anyone who uses an Accu- chek Insight tell me if you can put a blood glucose reading in manually, rather than using the pump handset to do your test. I'm wanting to know if I could use this pump in combination with the freestyle libre for my 6 year old. Thanks
 
I'm unable to find a way to do as you ask, I wear a CGM and always test for each meal.

You can manually enter a bolus via the pump or handset, this is what I do if not taking a blood test.
 
No you cant. And if you put your bolus manually through pump it will be treated as correction bolus which can mess up all further corrections. Just a clever way of forcing us to use testing strips that work with accu check :(
 
Thanks everyone, I thought as much. I guess there aren't many pumps that will allow you if they want to monopolise which testing devises/strips etc you use
