Hello There

I've got the Novo Mix Flex Pen
to give me my Insulin
Im finding it ok i was a little scared at first but it's not that bad Not as sacry as the little glass bottles and the big needles i remember my dad injecting when i was little

I've only been on it for a few days and although diabetes runs in my family i dont know that much about it .
the doctor basicly told me to have a health diet but i've seen some stuff about counting carbs and i'd like if someone could give me more of an idea what i should be eating.
so i can try and get my blood sugars a litle better under control
