Interested in starting a Ketogenic diet

I am interested in starting a ketogenic diet, I am a type 1. Had a quick look online, but can't seem to find any plans to follow.

Any links, plans, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 
I have started a low carb diet, just a word of warning, don't underestimate the need for insulin even with carb free meals! I learnt the hard way!

I have searched for info on the Ketogenic diet for T1 Diabetes, without success. I think this is a shame; my personal experience is that the effects of the Ketogenic diet have been extremely positive for my Diabetes. (Stabilised blood-sugars; no Hypoglycemia).

I have a large Guide Book for the Ketogenic diet, in the format of a PDF file. I'd be happy to send it to you if you are interested. It does not contain "plans", sample menus etc.. It goes into a lot of detail regarding the physiological effects of the diet on the body and brain.

Dr Richard Bernstein, an American, has written a very informative book about diabetes, which is also reproduced on his website. Try Googling him.
