Just found out must see diabetic specialist after urine test so not sure if that means im pre diabetic or probably
the one symptom which fits and happens a lot is frequent urination and feeling the need even though nothing happens when I do
HAVE AN UNDERACTIVE THYROID. Like to eat healthily, more fish less meat, not keen on sugary foods, cut down salt etc for a while

- Do you have any pets? We have two cats, Daoinhe Sidhe and Seighlie Sidhe--littermates, one of each gender, and the female rules the roost.
- Microsoft or Apple? I am an Apple fan all the way! (Windows 10 has made me nearly rabidly anti-Microsoft.)
- Which sport(s) (if any) do you like/play? I don't play team sports and I don't really care to watch sports, either. I will watch football (a.k.a., soccer) if I happen to run across it on the telly at a restaurant, and I will watch the World Series if the St. Louis Cardinals are playing and I think about it.
- Do you get angry easily? I don't get angry easily, but I am sometimes quick to mild irritation (and even quicker back to neutral or happy).

Hello,my name is Gary I've been a type2 for at least 6 years....I used to work has a drayman for years and in that time drank a lot and had a poor diet....so this over the years took its toll on my health and nearly my life (alcohol).......A good drying out and a spot of rehab and I'm now six plus years since my last drink and about 3 years since my last smoke.......In this time I've met a wonderful partner and had a perfect daughter who is now 2 and a bit.....I'm on metformine and gliclazide,I don't check my bloods but do go for my annual MOT with the district nurse who is it seems far more caring and knowledgeable than most gp's......I do as much running as I can to help keep them dredded lb's down as I think keeping my blood circulating proper is very important,diet is pretty good in the week but not so good at the weekend which I'm trying to address.....currently ummming and aaaring wether to start this 8 week blood sugar diet book or not by dr Michael Mosley if anyone as tried it let me know....thanks Gary.
