Have you thought about changing your eating habits a little? You might want to have a look at the above link as well.We have all this info, with nothing to show why my sugars are so high...

I am the last person to be giving advice on diets... My current one is from my Army days, where I wanted to pass a rigorous test to join the Para wing of 33 RE. Here it is..
Breakfast, tin of pilchards or sardines, two slices of buttered, thick sliced wholemeal bread, toasted.
Lunch. Two slice of thick sliced, topped with cheese and mushrooms. Either toasted or raw.
Dinner. 450gm Raspberry, Cranberry and Blueberry Bio Yoghurt.
5 Clementine oranges, spread out through the day.
Try to drink 5 litres of of Vimto No sugar, Cordial. 150ml of cordial, diluted with 600ml of water.
Does it work?
I was 95kgs, now 80kgs. I walk a mile, twice a day, exercise on a rowing machine, twice a day.
As for meds, have just started on Basal Insulin, which isn't working as it should.
My GP and the specialist nurse have been of no help, apart from sending me for blood tests.
We have all this info, with nothing to show why my sugars are so high...
