Hi Guys!

My name is Chloe. I'm 26 from Berkshire, UK!

I'd say I'm a bit ditsy, but very caring. I have 2 dogs, Poppy (pomeranian mix chihauhau) and Nancy (english bull terrier). I like watching football, and enjoy playing badminton.

I have 2 tattoo's, one on my hip and one on my ribs. I have my ears and nose pierced.

My favourite music is drum and bass with too many favourite artists to list..

I have a loving boyfriend.

I've visited Spain, Canada and Greece. My favourite city is London!

I work as an office/administration manager for 2 accountancy offices.

It's been nice to introduce myself, and hopefully I'll speak with some of you across these forums! Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for a forum relating to high blood sugars (especially after breakfast) using the Omnipod 5 pump?

Thank you :)

Hi Chloe, welcome to the forum.

You can try the insulin pump forum, or simply use the more general Ask a Question or Diabetes Discussions section.
Wherever you choose to post, it always helps to choose a title reflecting the subject, something like "Omnipod 5 and breakfast spikes".

Hello, I'm Martin.
Not sure if pre diabetic or not. Been feeling tired/head ache in the afternoon.
Got a trial of free style libre and blood sugar peaks at 9 mm/l so that's not good.
Really want to understand my options and what I can do.

I do not have diabetes
Hi all!
My given name is Deborah, however, I go by Debbie. I am a behavioral health Registered Nurse in the USA. A nursing publication suggested this site for an autoimmune diet. I was very excited when I read that this is for diabetes. My future son-in-law has Type1

If you're worried, what about asking your GP for an hba1c test to see where you stand?
Short peaks up to 9 are not that unusual for non diabetics, could be you're onto something, could be you're nowhere near diabetes.

Hi Debbie, welcome.
There is no such thing as a diet to cure type 1 diabetes.
While adjusting your food choices can help manage blood glucose levels, no food choice can make dead beta cells produce insulin again.
The treatment for T1 is insulin, because we don't produce it ourselves in sufficient quantities.

Would you mind sharing the publication?
I'm very curious where they found thet this site is good for an autoimmune diet for T1.

There is a lot on diet on the forum, and most of it is about low carb in relation to type 2 diabetes, a condition your future SIL doesn't have.
