just realise that ive lost nearly 2st bit gobsmacked really still high bmi etc and still obese lol bloods came down from 20.8 to somewhere between 7 and 9 most days hope when i get to see a diabetic nurse she is happy with progress ive made in less than 2 months

I lost loads of weight before i found out i had diabetes and thats what caused me too lose weight but now its under control i am putting abit back on slowly just keep an eye on it, my blood sugar before being diagnosed came up on the contour machine 30.8 surprised i didnt die lol
