Sounds like you have answered your own question.. There are other threads about high carb diets being good for Type 2's does that mean we should believe them? if you enjoy LCHF and are getting good blood sugar results then just do it (as someone once said).Hi everyone, I recently saw a post on DiabetesDaily on Facebook saying that Dr. Neil Barnard says that T2s should be vegans, not on LCHF.
I was just getting used to LCHF, so I'm pee'd off about this. Why isn't there straightforward properly tested information? Why are we always being made to chop and change and worry? It's extremely irritating. It's never set in stone what is for the best. There is no exact place to go for proper information.
Do we have to eat like rabbits now? I've been worried that the LCHF diet seems high in heart clogging oils and fats and was actually going to post here about it. I don't know if life is worth living if I have to eat salad for the rest of my life lol :/

Haha thank you for the replies everyone! I appreciate everyone's input.
Sorry if I came off in a ****** mood, I'm just terribly frustrated.
I'm 6 weeks in, went from 10.4 A1c to steady 6.0 readings for the most part (sometimes hitting the late 5s).
I have no idea how to do a low carb vegan version. I'm only just getting my head around LCHF! Do we stop carbing? Do we high carb? I have absolutely no idea.
If you don't mind me asking, what does everyone's weekly diet consist of? I'm so in the dark about this and would *so* appreciate some help.
