Am I doing this wrong by eating what I've eaten?
So I've restarted KETO will I think it is more LCHF/Paleo ATM. I also have left sided Ulcerative colitis (UC) and its sever ATM so I need to modify the diet for my UC and hopefully I'll be able to increase my good fats eventually. My question is I am on a Facebook group that follows this WOE for diabetes and I'm finding that they are very judgmental about what I eat. I've only just started again and posted my food intake for the day and automatically was told I am not looking after myself I ate yesterday tin salmon with some salad consisting of lettuce one baby cucumber 1/3 red capscium about a tablespoon of mayonnaise 1/4 Avocado, I did also have 1/3 of a carrot i know not KETO and black coffee. Dinner I ate homemade chicken crumbled with almond homemade but only managed about 1/4 of the chicken breast about 8 blueberries and 1 strawberry. Automatically I'm told I am not looking after myself I should not eat mayonnaise or any type of fruit. This has upset me especially when I have only started last few days and am wondering what I am doing wrong.

I am on diamicron 60mr but cut down to 30 today and Januvia 100.
