Issue with Libre - blank screen

My original post here suggested that Android users had fewer problems and I suggested Shuggah as the useful addition to get IOS users out of the problems. There are still a few issues with Some installations on Android. The Android solution is Juggluco .com. It also will work in parallel with LibreLink and also produces rtCGM and watch output. Juggluco .com also provides the 1 day data missing from some android installation of the new LibreView IMG_6307.jpeg

Thanks for this, that is exactly what I thought I would try when I next change my sensor. Please post how you get on when you try this. I’m pleased to have discovered that turning off Bluetooth is easy to toggle if you find the app within the app list in settings on the phone. Also good to see that, like me, you discovered Libre shows lower than Shuggah when BG is falling, like after exercise. I still can’t understand why the apps show different readings when they are obtaining data from the same sensor! Shuggah is amazingly accurate. Why, where you have reacted to my original post, does it show an ‘i’ next to your name?
Think I pressed I for informative

this is what i want on my garmin... but ive got an iphone... its possible but i think i need to input an url somewhere

Mines working as normal, but when I’ve gone to update it on the App Store the app isn’t there
Think the helpline opens at 8am
You need to delete the app, go to general, iPhone storage, then finD the app and reinstall it from there. You do not need to change sensor but may have to scan it twice to get it to work. You will lose all history.

If you manage it can you post here how you did it please?
Thanks

Hey! I literally just posted about the same thing!!
Yes, I’m having the same problem too. I managed to get through to someone on the phone after being on hold for 2 hours!!!
They have said they updated the app and it’s gone wrong and they have people working on it at the moment. However, they are unsure of when it will be up and running again
It’s a nightmare! No idea whether I was low or high until I started feeling wobbly

Thanks for this
Managed to sort it on Friday morning, libre sometimes loses signal but just manually scan & it connects again, so far so good

Is anyone else having an issue with the app today? I’ve just got a blank screen. I’ve tried off loading the app multiple times. If I delete I don’t think my sensor (which still has 8 days on it) will work and will have to use a fresh on! Can’t get through on helpline as it says office closed. View attachment 61917
Keep trying, uninstall and re-install, it will work eventually

OK, it sounds like Abbott have screwed up somehow. The app is no longer on the App store as there is going to be an updated version - but they can't tell me when this will be available. In the meantime they are sending me a Libre Reader and a new sensor which I have asked to be sent by express delivery.

So if anyone has the same issue - you will not be able to get/update the app from the App Store and will need to make alternative arrangements for testing your BS. I now need to get hold of more test strips.
I found it in the App Store ok? It’s under Librelink UK

Abbott have announced that the LibreLink app is back available on the Apple app store today.
There is no need to mess around in the iPhone storage or Purchased apps.

I have an iPhone12, and when I got Shuggah working, notifications automatically came to my phone home screen and on my Garmin watch. I didn’t have to do anything. Although, you do need to make sure that in Garmin Connect it is set up to send notifications. Mine was and so I was already getting notifications of emails and WhatsApps, amongst many other things. These were all appearing on my Garmin watch, so I suppose it’s no surprise that the notifications from Shuggah also appeared. You also need to check settings within the Shuggah app to make sure that notifications are ‘toggled on’ there as well.

I received two emails from Abbott, one last week and the other yesterday morning advising what to do, also what version you need to run, which is 2.10.1.

yup im getting those. But the thing i want is to be able to look at my watch my garmin watch and see the time and under the time the current cgm level rather than be awaiting a notification
This is possible How to do it i am not sure... i managed to follow so many steps then got stuck on entering an url message or something.

My diabetes control knowledge since downloading shuggah is much better thanks(!!!) to the libre 2 issues but it would be lovely to look at your watch in bed at night and see your cgm reading rather than have to grab your phone make it see your face and then click on shuggah and compute as whilst it may sound trivial i sleep so badly and the quick glance would perhaps help as i have to turn off notifications at night or else my watch lights up every minute/4 mins/5 mins depending on what i have it set on.
